Reminded me a bit of the Bucs / Chiefs game yesterday where the announcers were blaming the WRs for poor route running instead of Brady's inability to throw an accurate deep ball for the offense's issues.

Wasn't the problem with one staffer being an idiot? The whole "you didn't follow protocols!" thing seems pretty dumb. The NFL should have extended the season from the get-go. Set multiple bye weeks, or a two week rescheduling buffer at the end of the season. Why wouldn't you take these precautions? With preseason cancelled, they could have even started the season a week or two early to compensate.
