My brother lives in Cardiff, so it looks like we won't be able to meet this year And if they had had a proper lockdown earlier in the year (everyone stay at home unless it's an emergency, none of this tier nonsense, wear your mask and stop complaining) then they wouldn't have to do all this at the last minute. Still, imagine if we lived in Corbyn's Britain, eh?

Julio Cruz posted:I'd find it funnier if there was any possibility of him actually suffering consequences for once He didn't seem to learn any kind of lesson from actually having the virus (the "he was faking it for sympathy" theory aside), so there's no reason he, or anyone else who might be considered responsible in any way, will learn a single thing from this. Anyway, my mother phoned and suggested "Christmas at Easter" as an alternative. I cannot say what might happen between now and then, but it's something to consider.

Necrothatcher posted:It's Desmond Tutu. I have seen people on Tumblr before talking about how Desmond Tutu is incredibly antisemitic, although I didn't look into it any further than that, because I've decided that I don't want or need to know. I don't use Tumblr any more, I have to think of my fragile mental health.
