Pimento cheese is just cheese with mayo and cream cheese and some peppers or whatever. Everything has mayonnaise in it. If it comes from the ground it must be battered and cooked in oil. Grits are just corn, butter, salt and milk. If you order a fountain drink it will be 75% ice.
