I wanted to do a text only stupid option, yes I actually used a trackball and pleasantly surprised with how legible it is. It's not good but that's the point.

Do we need to force them to pay another $5 to get rid of a mark of shame? It will still be shameful to have the default avatar even if it's  Maybe we should give them a choice of like 12 mediocre avatars when they register an account.

If you get blob you right clicked a bit too fast. Imgur just does that right click and copy it again it will have uploaded fine. needs to end in .jpg .png or another image format
