Worst Anime: 1) Vlad Love - I wasn't expecting Oshii's long-awaited return to animation (and his even longer return to animated comedy) to be his best work, but I certainly wasn't expecting it to be so dull. Is it the worst thing I've watched this year? Of course not. But it's the most disappointing by a mile and a disappointment is worse than just a regular ol bad anime. 2) Burn the Witch - A speedrun of Bleach's worst qualities. 3) Iwakakeru -Sport Climbing Girls - Like most shows that try to combine sports and fanservice it does a poor job on both fronts. 4) Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out! - Dreadfully boring. Most avoided: Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story - Avoiding might be too strong a word for me, perhaps? Regardless it's just a spinoff done in a way that is completely unappealing to me and based on what I have heard from folks I trust I know that watching this would be a frustrating time for me.
