I'm not liking this aggression in FA. The analytics boys don't strike me as that good at cap manipulation

I dunno, if they can frontload a bunch of deals in what everyone says is a buyer's market in the year before the Browns have to pay Baker that seems like it could be pretty good.

The entire NFL probably 'lowballed' Thuney compared to the KC offer he made the right choice and his fake sister is a dipshit

Don't pay much attention to his sack numbers imo, Lawson is very good when he is fully healthy and has actually gotten better at playing the run and being more of a three down DE over the past year. That is a big contract for him but I wouldn't have been upset if Cincy re-signed him at those numbers.

There is no way a competent team is paying old rear end AJ Green that much you guys

There is either very little guaranteed in that contract or the Bengals thought they had Lawson and poo poo their pants when he left

That is way too much money for 2021 AJ Green

AJ Green was apparently completely healthy but could not get open last year. He will still make pretty circus catches and do well if you can scheme him into holes in a zone but so can like every any generic NFL WR. He had arguably a better QB than he has had in years throwing to him as well.

It's a bad sign when your aging wide receiver finds himself here surrounded by running backs

Geno on a couple million as a specialist would be a pretty fine gamble if he still wants to play. He was hurt last year and the new defensive staff apparently went out of their way to alienate every vet player for some reason, so he could have another year or two left in him.

That said he is no longer worth whatever his giant base salary for this year was and cutting him probably needed no second thought if they are going to spend the money.

He isn't very good but always seems like he is trying hard and is very emotive on the field between plays. I hope he does well.

He is much slower and is constantly injured now, so yes he is very different physically. But he is a great fit for the Bucs since I assume they will only want like 15 snaps a game from him.
