OK, Donald is going to try and use the nukes. We all know this.

All that needs to be done is to tell the person who he gives the instructions to, no matter where he identifies as his target, respond with:

"But what about your property there?"


He may or may not be lucid enough to remember where his buildings are, but I guarantee you he wouldn't admit to not having a building in whatever city he wants to blow up.
