Interior design. Everything structurally is very solid. The house was built by my cousin, so I'm buying it from an estate. Big, empty, lots of rooms, lots of land. A lawyer foyer, I'd be happy to post some pictures if you have any help in the meantime. That Scandinavian cozy style seems nice.
