I've been posting some of the horrors here: https://forums.somethingawful.com/showthread.php?threadid=3967174 On the plus side it nearly "works" again and now natively supports unicode (on the editing side, so far, maybe not yet on the separate rube goldberg machine publishing side that will be next on the list) We've been investigating upgrading/replacing that old editor, but it's very tightly integrated in frightening ways. We'll see how it goes. sorry for the derail; I do look forward to seeing byob dark mode

coding from the dark ages is very fitting towards posting from the dark byob imo Sometimes I wonder how this internet ship stayed afloat for this long but it seems like "what could go wrong" is valid and good advice in this art of coding!!
