For the hottub, you are going to want to lower the floor a few inches and fill it with rocks so there is an appropriate place to grow mold. I can't imagine anything important is underneath the deck

You can search the aerial view for a match then you get the location, things like roads and property lines make it even easier. The safest thing would be to recreate it without any actual aerial view or exact property boundaries
