Got to watch this now. Loads of fun. The opening Brookes impersonation was the right kind of silly. 1) Sauna Club (Yuki Ueno and Shunma Katsumata) vs Brookes and Miyu. Miyu is awesome. Expecting some fine nonsense from Lego Boy. Messing with Miyu's chin seems like a tactical error Brookes has just ludicrous reach. This was an entertaining opener that warmed up the viewer for later nonsense, and the presence of Miyu had good serious straight-man energy. Chris Brookes has very underrated chops. And his diving senton is just awesome. Mostly though I'm here for Miyu kicking holes in people's chests. 2) Hyper Misao vs Mecha Mummy. Love Hyper Misao, much respect for her protecting love and peace. Frankly I always thought mechanising a mummy was a mistake and you can quote me on that. Rocket punching a hero during their promo is just rude. I was worried that Misao had run away, but I needn't have been concerned, she wouldn't abandon love and peace like that. Mecha Pummy evened the odds in this titanic struggle! I worry that this match might in fact be TOO powerful. Flying mummies! Oh no, not water, you'll both short-circuit! 3) Akki vs Takeshita. I love Akki getting a prominent spot. This is a hard hitting match from the start. Athletic, agile, and quite evenly matched. Wow, that brain buster to the concrete was absurd. Akki as able underdog is probably the right choice for story because to a DDT audience Takeshita is the much better known competitor. Akki gets so much shine in this match that I have to believe that he's being considered for more DDT shows. He looked great here, his strikes were formidable and his high flying work was very well executed. Bring him in and make him the workhorse part of a tag team with Honda. DDT needs more people with good English. Post show talk. I really enjoyed this. It was nice to see the breakdown of the card. Also, I absolutely love Misao's jumper
