There are sequences where he's mocked in flashbacks or dream sequences, but I always saw those as representative of his childhood trauma and not the game saying 'Jecht was right to be an rear end in a top hat to his kid.' Tidus thanking Auron for telling him about Jecht is less 'I am forgiving and appreciate my father' and more 'thank you for giving me more context'. The game has a lot of interesting stuff to say about abuse and parents specifically, but I feel they handle Jecht with something resembling nuance.
