It might just be the case they're moving the kisaragi rescue arc back to a prospective second season but yeah, it's very...weird stuff. Still, hey, good episode if nothing else!

If it gets a sequel they�ve definitely found their voice as an adaptation, I�d be happy to see them tackle a lot of the later content. Maybe it�ll even get a sliver of a budget next time too who knows?
