There's a thread controversy that I came in part way through about the discussion of them about how effective they are about helping people (or potentially not helping people) who are in need of trans dysphoria support. I can't be specific because I came in mid-way but the issue is about whether they're good or bad due to a poorly-worded FOIA request about them.
