Fine “metal-cutting” blades are usually worse with aluminum, unless it’s thin stuff. The swarf clogs the teeth. There's aluminium-specific blades that work better than a wood blade, but in absence of those I have done well with wood blades over the years for cutting alu profiles with a jigsaw.
