Easy paycheck. Was laughing at Cardona confronting Billy and then backing away from a physical confrontation, NWA is fully of pros that know how to get that mark owner money. Billy will be champ by end of 2024

You can find the full article here there's a lot of funny notes. The funniest is that Billy Corgan self financed the reality show, the NWA will receive no money for it and the CW is keeping the ad sales. The CW is mainly interested in getting the rights to air Billy Corgan's wedding as part of the deal and that's why they agreed to air Powerrr. A wrestler I follow does the occasional NWA show since they are in Georgia. They sometimes share the next episode of Powerrr, and I had to say something. They are having 4 matches with title holders but 3 of them are non title. Only Max is defending their Title. I don't think i have seen a card before with 3 non title matches. WTF?

With NXT going to the CW there's lots of theories flying, did WWE stooge off the cocaine spot to gently caress the deal (seems unlikely and WWE was probably in negotiations for more than a few weeks) will the NWA still be on the CW, etc. This is my favorite theory: https://twitter.com/Hanzi83/status/1722006504545390847 I don't care about any facts, I now believe Billy Corgan demanded that spot to make it seem like his promotion was too edgy to be on TV.

NWA's budget is so small that they did the old TNA turkey suit match but couldn't afford a suit so they had to use a turkey hat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Liz0CAagY48 Completely awful match but I've seen so much worse in the NWA this year. Also they made the incredible choice of putting their few fans underneath the hard cam and never ever shooting them with the ringside cameras to make the show look even weirder.
