Although  at the bio where she beat her own AI at chess after a single year. It isn't even stated that in that year said AI became undisputed chess world champion, it's simply taken as obvious.

Now I'm trying to think of other thematic combos.
Eli should go with everyone, but I hope he calls Red Ivan uncle or other forms of close affection. His pa knew him after all.

Red Ivan would also go along really well with Jubei, reminiscing about good jolly old times.

Max is probably the most receptive to Janet's fan mail (delivered by alarm clock).

And no clue on who less evil Thatcher would favour. Probably Eli, she'd approve his skillset.

Her combat stats and combat ability seem good though, with strong attacks, high health and an invulnerability + full heal.

Worst case scenario you park her in the casino in camera mode and have decent camera coverage for free. I assume she doesn't generate heat simply being seen by agents and tourists; I mean, there isn't any law against genius inventor Zalika deciding to hire her AI daughter for casino security.

Imagine the debriefing otherwise:
Agent: "I infiltrated behind suspect's casino operation and they've got enough nuclear generators to power a small country, and a small country, behind it."
Emma's replacement: "Did you take some photos?"

You need to be careful around the world map when super agents come into play. I don't know if they also strike if left alone, but when stationed in a region they will react to starting a scheme in that region (and adjacent ones I think?) by investigating the scheme, gathering information about you, assembling an elite strike team and then coming to wreck poo poo.

Already started schemes are not affected, but it can mean you have to eat the heat or even a lockdown to avoid a super agent coming home to play.

There are special schemes where you do the Bond villain thing and give them an official invitation to your lair. They last 3 minutes and they cause the super agent to attack at completion, with a minimum level strike team. Note: minimum level strike team still a murder horde.

The advantage is that you control when they attack and each special agent is fairly predictable in where they spawn, so you can prepare the welcoming committee.

E: terminate, not capture, the strike team early on. Termination requires depleting vitality, capture requires almost depleting vitality AND skill. Make sure the muscle has plenty of weapon racks, they're way better at fisticuffs than your minions and they're armed.

Why would you want to do that? Because the provoked invasion happens at minimum strength and if the assholes are camping a plot mission it may be preferable to waiting till they get bored or getting reck'd by a medium strength invasion.

When you trigger a super agent and they are getting ready to invade a short lived emergency intervention mission should appear. Presumably completing this mission weakens the super agent strike team before they spawn, but at that point an attack is inevitable.

Invitation missions have no penalty if ignored, intervention missions have a really short lifetime and the agent attacks anyways when the timer's over.

Guys, I think I resolved my super agent issues. Complete a super agent sidestory and they simply loving go away until the next chapter of their sidestory is triggered.

What triggers it, if main plot advancement or raising hell in their area again, I have no clue, but I decided that Agent X had to go, I chained 3 or 4 of his sidestories, and now he's still alive but nowhere to be found on the map.
I'll try and do the same with the super saboteur (the Luchador in SMASH) and report back, since Zalika should hard-counter him.

Some combat observations:

Minion melee damage is 5 damage each hit, no matter the muscle minion type. Strong agents can have 200 health, super agents 300+ health. Yup.
Maybe martial artists deal more damage than 5 without weapons equipped, it'd make sense, but I have no clue.

Most of your minions do not come with guns by default. Agents do. Ranged combat always deals more damage than melee combat, with a giant question mark for martial artists.
Some muscle minion types come with guns by default. They're peashooters but at least they're ranged.

Meanwhile, henchmen, super agents and your Genius deal loads of damage. Steele can 1-shot any minion in melee for example.

Corollary 1: research and build a lot of gun/rifle racks in your guard rooms. It's the only way to deal serious damage, even strong combat henchmen will get overwhelmed by numbers. It's 5 guns/rifles per rack, so divide by your non-martial artist target number and build that many racks, plus a couple. Muscle minions will arm themselves by default.

I'd do an even split between lethal/nonlethal weapons or a 2 to 1 split. Lethal weapons deal more vitality damage, non-lethal deal more skill damage. Capturing a target requires depleting both.

Corollary 2: melee weapon are not useless, and martial artists can only use clubs/staves anyways. You'll need minions in melee to tie their ranged attacks, so might as well have them deal real damage.

Engagement procedure: use an henchman at the start to draw aggro, they can take some punishment. Kite if the hired muscle is taking their time.
When your throng of muscle minions finally arrives on the scene, micro the henchmen to engage in melee any agent staying back and shooting until a minion comes in.

It's why IRIS' camera ability is surprisingly useful. She can run at the enemy, engage, and activate camera mode for 2 or 3 seconds, making all the muscle minions are now converging on the scene.
Meanwhile IRIS can use the first ability to stall before needing to kite, and she has a very strong ranged attack.

Agent X down, finally. It required a level 4 network, and I assume it'll be the same for all final Super Agent sidestories.

EDIT to not doublepost: to continue on something from earlier ice ray and bubble cannon traps deal resolve damage. about 15 to 20 for the ice ray, 30 for the bubble cannon.
Knockout gas, despite the name, deals vitality and skill damage. One or two at the start of a trap gauntlet is still a good option because skill should be what governs trap detection/sabotage.

I'm starting to think that tagging everything is a mistake.

Set an auto distract tag in the casino by all means so agents get harassed by deception minions, but remove it when an agent enters the base proper and rely on resolve traps instead. You can put a second distract tag in rooms with incriminating evidence, covered by cameras and a couple advanced guard posts, so if the agent decides to aggro guards will quickly be on them, and they should be isolated from other groups.

This mostly because super agents ALWAYS aggro if a minion tries to get them back to the cover operation.

Of course, this presumes a distract auto-tag gets cleared if an agent enters a no tag zone.

Super saboteurs (SMASH and SABRE) can be dealt with with henchmen that can deal resolve damage (hey there Eli), or simply brute-forced with a capture tag.

X and Symmetry teleport inside, everyone else goes through the front door.
Not that it matters, since Blue Saint and Wrecking Bola are super saboteurs and thus basically immune to traps, Atomic Olga is a super soldier and thus shoots the traps*, and the Steeles are Steeles and thus the best of the best.

I think SMASH then SABRE are the money-making priorities (absent special schemes from loot and/or henchmen), other places should have valets heat reduction schemes going 24/7 so if you need to run a plot/sidequest mission there the heat is already down.
