This "sequel" just looks like an update and refresh of the first game with maybe some minor quality of life tweaks and extra polish.

Excellent.

he's also super average at games though so maybe he just hasn't adjusted fast enough :v:

Is this the guy that was DEEPLY CONVINCED for like an hour that Technicians would fix casino gear?

Good to know they kept the bit where cleaning up a giant pile of 30 body bags is a nightmare because minions only have to walk past that sinkhole of morale a couple times before they say gently caress it and defect.

It's very annoying that you have to pay attention to the heat cost of an event scheme vs your capacity, if you weren't paying attention you could send 6 scientists to an event, build up enough heat to lockdown and then they are all wasted. You can't run a scheme to lower the heat at that point.

Yes. This is like PUT IT IN THE OP important. If you start a scheme that generates 40 heat and the network in that area only has 20 heat before it goes into lockdown, you will lose everything you sent to that mission when it does. This SUCKS and took me a while to figure out.

This definitely has the EG1 death spiral where you have too much super agent traffic, too many body bags, and defections and tons of deaths leave you chronically understaffed.

Ugh so I defeated (crime lord) Ming but I still have random gas clouds roving my base but there are NO emitters left anywhere. I've scoured everywhere for them. This poo poo kills more people than agents >:(

Is there any way to speed up bodybag cleanup? I've built more incinerators, that helps a bit. I seem to remember being able to tag them in EG1 or something.

Kill or capture the crime lord!

Oh I guess they just died without ever appearing in your base anywhere. Congrats!!!

This game is fine, but it’s just made me want a new Dungeon Keeper.

Every time i read this thread i'm unreasonably upset about how they butchered this game.

Whoever said this feels like a mobile game, they absolutely ruined it for me.
