Check out the new Orwo emulsions, they may be up to your liking. I shoot a lot of UN54, which is 100 speed but has the same sort of look you're describing. N75 is their 400. I'm yet to try it but very keen to.

As Minolta shooter, Minolta lenses are criminally underrated. My shot above was with the carl zeiss jena flektogon 50mm f/4 however. Still, you should absolutely go out and shoot that old Minolta.
