I'd put it at roughly 35-40 right now, I'm sure there are exceptions, but growing up in an explicitly racist society does a number on you and the only people who can escape that are the people who have put effort into it. When I was a kid the satirical puppet show Spitting Image had a popular song called 'I've Never Met a Nice South African' that pops into my mind at the weirdest moments.

I think Brock Turner was the example I was thinking of but I haven't revisited that so I could be incorrect.
