beejay posted:Today starts out with the judge telling the prosecution that they can no longer present the "opinions" of witnesses in regards to whether excessive force was used. That will be interesting as today will be the testimony of the police chief. Just to clarify since the last thing I was able to view was the decision by the judge. Wasnt it that hearsay from body cam video could not be shown? Like off the cuff statements and opinions in the body cam footage cannot be shown?
