polyester concept posted:in the 90s there was this little desktop app where you'd enter your monitor size and it would figure out how far you've moved your cursor based on the screen resolution, and it had a bunch of distance milestones. it was fun. that sounds fun, now i'm thinking about all sorts of operating systems achievements (1000 folders created) also wasn't mr macintosh something like that? he would pop up after opening a menu some number of times?
