I don't feel too terrible about that reverse sweep 'cause it was awful close (if they manage to chase down a 3 HP Guxue one or two more times they probably win) but dang, opportunity thrown away by my Boston boys Spark are just dripping with power right now

Spark second reverse deep is amazing. Florida may be the steamroll on the opposite side of the spectrum. I’m still rooting for Hadi and the boys on London and they demolished Atlanta. Can’t forget Houston yet. Going to be a fun finals at this rate.

Well, it's disappointing to lose at the end here, but (1) this is farther than I expected us to go and (2) we ultimately just got comp-diffed, and sometimes unlucky patches happen. We benefitted from the patch for a lot of the year, so I won't complain about that. It would be extremely weird if Bernar becomes the only ex-Spark player (to my knowledge) to win a championship though lol Happy for you Ignis! Good luck to the Mayhem!! #pinksolidarity

Looking at Lip and Chiyo's accounts of the playoffs, it's amazing how monumentally unprepared Atlanta was for anything but Florida. Lines up exactly with Gunba's impression from his interview. Hopefully Albert and the playoffs' lesson of humility knock Gator into gear, or else this year's Team USA run will be a short one

They did make it. RUI is no longer the coach after Guxue's expose, and Elsa also bowed out after the scandal (word goes RUI just chose him as a favorite, but Elsa had no interest in the WC or the event and signed up as a favor for RUI). Spark announced today that all of their contracts (players, coaches, staff, and their HQ lease) have terminated; they did a nice little walkthrough video on Twitter of the lights going off at the HQ. They phrased it as a "pause" and posted a follow-up saying that it wasn't meant to imply anything about the future of the league. It might be zhouver, but it'll be fun to see them run it back one last time at the World Cup this week!
