you're probably missing the glibc dev package

this is the dynamic linker, its path is stored in the binary

and nowadays it seems that it lives in /lib32/ld-linux.so.2, or /lib64/ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 for the 64 bit version

maybe try to create a symlink to that?
