Is the idea to syphon off any potential growth / regional interest in NASL?

The idea is to funnel as much money as possible to MLS owners via new expansion franchise fees and more games to broadcast on tv.

I was going to suggest time of day as a factor as well. My wife sleeps until afternoon on weekends, so it�s easier for me to watch European matches in the morning and not have it conflict with plans etc.
