its not really great with CMO but if you play any of the flight sim style games its pretty cool

You can see the yellow star that shows up when you damage the target. A full on miss would look different.

CMO gives a lot of credit to equipment and plane operators and models any weapons system as part of their side's information network, with perfect OODA loops that get worse only through longer delay times if the unit is less experienced. It makes it difficult to properly model the fog of war that would be nighttime strikes between two asymmetrical forces. I guess it's possible, but the scenario design would have to happen at a very granular level to make it more interesting (different command structures within a faction having different sides, for example).

CMO works best when you expect both sides to be operating in a very modern, very high information environment.
