I'm showing the new restaurant manager how to clean taps. He seems at least a little capable, but I'm not holding my breath.

The bottom line is that this company doesn't care about this kind of thing and I've hit a ceiling on my development or whatever. Also I'm just burnt out.

On top of the filthy rear end taps, lines, and coldroom some rear end in a top hat threw the pressure washer in front of the heat exchanger for the brewhouse without uncoupling the attachment for the nozzle and didn't wrap up the power cord OR the hose so they were just all over the place.
