I love how on the one hand, this chapter is focused on sometimes literal moon logic gameplay in a parody of adventure games. But on the other hand your objectives, while bizarre, are always clearly communicated so that you don't end up with the kind of bullshit that showed up in those games.

I don't know enough Russian names to distinguish more than Tchaikovsky, but I can recognize the English names. "Buster Chaplin" refers to Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin, both comic actors who got their starts in the silent film era. "Tim Elfman" is Tim Burton and Danny Elfman who collaborated respectively as director and composer on a number of films. (And if you've seen one Tim Burton movie you know his aesthetic.)
