Having had white castle, imagine getting real hyped for northern krystals, lol.

Does white castle even do a big giveaway for new places? Chickfila does free food for a year to the first x customers.

Krystals: southern white castle.

Didn't they go under recently or was that just a franchise owner tanking?

Afaik white castle doesn't do poo poo when they open a new store. It'd be a line of drunk drivers and they can't have all their customers getting DUIs in one night.

E: I will give Krystals credit with the chick. A fried chicken slider really goes well with a night of binge drinking.

I have eaten a lot of krystals in my time, but that was because one of my favorite BJJ classes lets out pretty late and a krystals is the only thing open between there and my house and when you're starving a Krystal's is about a good a place as any. Two sliders, Two chicks, and a coke. Not bad, but I would not wait more than seven minutes for it.

2)The police didn't have probable cause in the first place

I don't get it, is there some reason you should still be masking even if vaccinated now? I still do it, because a lot of places here will refuse you service and that's fair, because there's no way to accurately verify vaccination status anyway. Is it because people think CDC guidance is more powerful than it is? That dumbasses who aren't gonna vaccinate are gonna magically stop masking just because the CDC said "vaccinated people are gonna be fine"?

Living in Atlanta currently, and I can't think of a business that doesn't at least have a poster on the front door that says something to the tune of "My mask keeps you safe, yours keeps me safe, masks required". I hate townhomes

Developer with a lot of land: Hmm... I could make a single family house here, or I could squeeze in three single family units together on one lot, and instead of making apartments they could own the unit.

Guy: Well that's a nice use of land, and it sounds like a way for lower income families to have a permanent residence

Developer: and I can charge them the same amount for their 1/3 of the lot as I would charge for the whole lot, even though flipping this is gonna be hard because who wants to live in a big expensive rear end apartment you have to take care of?

edit: There was a parcel of townhomes that went up next to the house I'm renting a space in. The home I'm currently living in has 3 bed rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, a kitchenette, two big living rooms, and a giant yard. The house sold a year ago for a little more than 350k and zillow says its worth about 450k today. The townhomes which seem to be a little less than half of the space start at the low 400's according to the adverts. It's freakin' insane.
