Pressure cooked a bean soup with whatever the gently caress was around. Onion, shallot, two carrots, sausage, garlic, some stock, gochujang, fish sauce, couple herbs. Chipotles in adobo for that good spice.

Wanted to make something in the slow cooker other than the usual recipes. Ended up making a Polish stew called bigos. Not bad, but I would definitely tweak it and look at some other recipes if I made it again.

Last night I was craving spanakopita pie, but didn't wanna put forth that much effort so I thought "someone has to have tried spanakopita pasta." I made the first recipe I found.  Good, easy, cheap. Maybe not the prettiest.
