Dug into a tub of potato salad because it's easier than actually cooking something. Mixed some tuna and mayo together as well for a sandwich.

Buying rotisserie chickens and then making them into chickencheese is one of the few joys I have left in life. I like to take chicken stock and turn it into gravy, then mix it with the cheese and some mustard while it's cooking.
