I think the stipulation is if he ever comes out of the shadows and actually posts here again, THEN it escalates to a perma, but I might be wrong. It ain't my game anymore to figure out.

I remember there was talk of having double tags here like some of the other forums have, so there could be a "type" tag in addition to the genre/funny/whatever one, but with only the one i think most people are going to go for basically anything but the type first. Some people have put something like [sslp] in the thread title but it's not exactly guaranteed.

I've mentioned before that I was thinking about doing an LP of Lula 3D. All I remembered about it was that it was a dumpster fire of a game that was risqué. After firing it up for the first time in about 20 years my brain seemed to have blotted out that it was computer porno disguised as a shoddy 3D adventure game. It became a permanent nope after testing it out for all of thirty seconds. Do people not research/test these games out beforehand? Is it just blissful ignorance? Or are they really in the belief that their fetishism is a-okay to showcase in LP format?

I think a lot of it is that when people are around other people who are into these games, and just casually talk about them in whatever social circle they have, at some point they forget that other social circles have different standards for what they consider okay to wave around in public. I don't think it even registers as a fetish to them.

Yeah, it's like... there isn't really a new rule, and nothing is banned now that wasn't before, it's just that sometimes a thing needs pointing out. I know we still have that middle bit in the adult content rules, that still stands, but whatever the gently caress that thread was is not covered by it.

The weird thing is I remember date-a-live being a cable TV anime when I was in middle school and it was kind of a typical harem anime, so either it was vastly toned down from that visual novel version or for some reason he decided to really play it up.
