I honestly don't mind the "miss" thing or leaving in honorifics. Okarun is a weirdo and calling her miss ayame makes him seem more like a weirdo so it has a charm in this manga specifically. I mean I don't know what the original japanese is, but its not like EVERYONE is doing it in the translation. The thing that gets me more is mangas which randomly leave an entire word / phrase in japanese which is a great meme but I actually ran into it in some manga I was reading the other day where it was like. "Don't mess with him, that guys a kage*" *tl note: kage means "Shadow" I was like

I just marvel at all the different faces/poses every chapter. The author is having a ton of fun with this manga and it shines through in the art.

In a lot of the pages, it almost feels like they are fighting a statue, it just feels so static. It also just doesn't feel that threatening compared to the composers or the death worm. I'm hoping we get a big twist to the Godzilla next chapter, which we probably will, along with the evil eye having to team up and fight it. Theres so many great faces and movement from the main cast - who cares about the monster?!

Like if that was just toned down a bit it would fit with the rest of the story but they went pretty drat graphic with it. Yea the manga is still a little skeevy, a little risque, but it settled onto the more "fun" side of things after that first chapter. The tone is just way different, as I guess the author found his footing more. I couldnt imagine that chapter happening that way now even if the situation itself is plausible in the current run.

This was one of the biggest arcs for sure but a lot of it is fighting which goes very fast on re-read and I will be curious to see what comes from for the next arc.
