I think there's nothing stopping them removing a premier from a legal perspective. Different parties have different rules on how leaders get removed, but it's not typical in Canada to drop a leader without them losing an election.

If by out of office, you mean losing their seat, then no, the party can't do that. They could kick a member from their party and make them an independent I think.

Governing party leaders are for all intents and purposes, all powerful within their party and impossible to remove and to my knowledge, this has never happened in canadian history.

I try and lo and behold it says I'm not allowed to rebook until mid-September.

I would like there to be a train to Peterborough. It would make visiting my friends a lot easier and as long as it's GO, be significantly cheaper than taking VIA to Belleville.

Also, just in general, I'd like to see a lot more rail infrastructure through rural Ontario

I would like it too. Still makes no sense whatsoever. It's 100% a carrot to hang for people to vote liberal in a bellwether riding. Just like it was when Del Mastro promised it ten years ago.

I lived in a place like that, except it was purpose built as a rental in 1880, and was used as a rental ever since. The basement was dirt, one of the (only) support beams had a huge crack going down the middle, there were two old kerosene tanks in the basement, there was literal rubble all over the basement floor from where the fieldstone was crumbling, and japanese knotweed was growing between the stones.

That place was... not great.

Public health, woot woot.

Edit: More seriously, it's intended as a short-term measure to reduce spread, it's only non-essential events/locations. Also...is there any good data on how many people claim to have medical exemptions? I believe there's only a couple legit contraindications, especially given we have multiple vaccines.

Allergies to the ingredients in the vaccine or people with severe autoimmune dissorders. Yes it is a very small group, which I think makes this even more unreasonable. If someone has legitimate medical reasons not to get vaccinated they shouldn't be discriminated against.

Considering the list of activities:

indoor ticketed sporting events
indoor concerts
indoor theatre/dance/symphony events
restaurants (indoor and patio dining)
night clubs
casinos
movie theatres
fitness centres/gyms (excluding youth recreational sport)
businesses offering indoor high-intensity group exercise activities
organized indoor events (eg. weddings, parties, conferences, meetings, workshops)
discretionary organized indoor group recreational classes and activities
student housing on college and university campuses

Seems like a lovely thing to do.
