As for the CBA, the votes tell all: the union executive committee voted 8-0 AGAINST, the team reps voted something like 26-4 in favor, and the owners voted 30-0 in favor. Owners won.

Lots of flyers on dudes who will be healthy by mid-season. Kinda feels like this could be the case but i'm not sure they could keep the dressing room in that case. Doesn't half the team basically never want to see him again?

I view "not totally rolled" in this case as it probably is slightly more player friendly than the god-awful 2016 CBA, but yeah, I think the measure of this thread is accurate that the player reps caved in the face of losing games.
