After reading the incidental contact literature and the prevalence of the steroid in specifically South and Central American dermotological formulations, I think he's probably telling the truth, even if there's absolutely no reason why you use a loving steroid for a fungal infection.

the big thing all the people online are getting hung up about right now is that its very similar in name to something approved in american dermotological creams and ignoring that we are not the only regulating agency on planet earth.

i guess the only thing i would say is I 100% believe a young dude getting ringworm and freaking out and someone he knows and trusts giving him a "miracle cream" that's not "okay in the USA, but totally works" and here we are.

or he was just trying to get back to healthy asap and was using anabolics, though this particular one doesn't seem like the best avenue.

So he can't play playoffs this year. The number is regular season games not counting playoffs.

It's more that this particular anabolic isn't as good as a lot of others and the tests are wildly sensitive for it after even incidental contact. Once again, athletes are dumb and someone maybe gave him a shot or an oral dose and said "this will get you going in the gym" or w/e and here we are, but this is not the best steroid for that particular application.

It is, on the other hand, everywhere in creams outside of the US. That said please don't use steroidal creams for fungus for the love of god.

He doesn't get paid during the suspension. He could forget how to hit and still get paid $340 million, the only actions that could affect his guaranteed money are getting suspended for steroids, or the team could opt to void his contact if he gets injured doing something reckless like crashing a motorcycle.
