I dunno, it seems to me like each performer probably gets to respond however they want, so Max Caster gets to be a total weirdo, Abadon gets to be terrifying, and Stu and Uno, Archer, and Aubrey can just decide to basically be themselves. It doesn't really strike me as something AEW would dictate much, if at all.
