Omikron done properly seems like it would mostly just be Watch Dogs: Legion with a different setting and recruitment mechanic. That's definitely not a game that could have been made with the tech and budget available to Quantic Dream at the time though. A more realistic alternative would have been to make it more of a pure adventure game than a genre hybrid which ended up being bad at all its genres.
