Far Cry 2 is an amazing game with unforgettable moments that just happen without being scripted. Late in the game I was shot up and rescued by my buddy as he'd done several times before. We worked to clear the outpost together but he was downed in the process. No problem, they're all gone, gave him the morphine shot as before. But he's not getting up. So I give another! Not getting up. Dammit man have another, get up! He's gone. Andre died for me. He died because of me. And it's the only game where the inconveniece of weapon decay felt right. Best of all you don't need Uplay and it's 3 bucks right now on steam! Getitgetitgetit! I wish there was a mod to make the knife silent, though.
