I like to soft boil eggs and then peel em and add to whatever I was already eating, so I can crack them open to have yolk on curry and rice or stirfry or just on my hands or the table. Just a big mess of egg yolk all over my life forever, two a day usually

Eggs Benedict is one of the finest foods in life. I will eat it for any meal. Runny, gooey eggs, with good salt and pepper and arguably far too much hollandaise. Spinach and bacon or whatever is a bonus, but as long as there's bread, egg and hollandaise it will never disappoint.

Any hard yolk egg just sucks unless you are purposefully hard boiling.

I cook a lot. I'm pretty good at it too. So the other day I was all like, "Let's have eggs benedict with REAL hollendaise." So we bought the accouterments and I cooked it up. Upon finishing our meal it dawned on us why this should remain a restaurant only meal. Despite it's delishiosity we had consumed an entire stick of butter between the two of us and knew if there was more sauce left we'd have drank it strait from the bowl. But now I can't unlearn how to hollendaise. This knowledge haunts me.
