Murphy gouged his eye with the makeup and contact out on steps and turned heel because of it, then he wore an eye patch in wwe for a bit in the owens feud and everyone thought he looked silly, thne he was off tv forever until this dark father stuff aired on smackdown, then he got released. if you never watched his matches there Aleister vs Buddy Murphy triology from TLC 2019, Raw 12/30/2019, and Raw 1/13/2020. Aleister Black vs Cesaro from Extreme Rules 2019 as well.
