Then, two weeks later I got another notice that my credit score had gone up another 12 points. I had no idea why, and after a lot of poking around I finally figured out that one of my other credit cards had increased my limit by a few thousand dollars (without even asking me), thus lowering my total credit utilization even further. yeah they want your utilization low but not zero, it’s very silly.

echinopsis posted:over here most mortgages would be no longer than about 3 years locked in, so you have to refinance every few years yeah, i just locked in 2.65% 30 year fixed here. refi for a 3.85% 30 year fixed which seemed like an insanely good deal when i got it.
