Biggest problem with Toni is that she's yet another babyface for Smackdown. For context, here is the active Smackdown Women's Division and their alignments:

Faces: Bianca Belair, Tegan Nox, Shotzi, Toni Storm, Liv Morgan
Heels: Natalya (lol), Tamina (lol), Carmella (lol), and Zelina (lol)

There are zero credible heels right now. Kind of amazing really.
