(These are US products so may not be helpful if you’re not in the US.) Greenway Traps makes excellent insect traps, in my experience: their Window Fly Trap is very effective, but the downside is looking at dead flies on your window.

Or you could try something like the DynaTrap Dot, which has the advantage of the flies not being visible until you have to change the trap.

Outside fly traps are way more effective (they use lure chemicals that aren’t a good idea indoors), so if this were me, I would combine both methods. Victor and Rescue are the top names in outdoor fly traps.
