they stop making lower capacity nand chips as soon as they can ramp up production on higher ones. you basically can�t buy the chips to make less than 1GB drives, and the price per mb steeply increases on the lower end

i have one of those! it came with some micro sd card or another. it's nice because they usually come with a microsd to sd adapter which also requires the sd dongle but the usb one just gets the job done without taking up too much space in the drawer
