Whatever else about 343 and MCC (lmao), it is very cool that they have scraped as much as humanly possible to throw at us for the collection, including incomplete beta garbage. Too bad about the state of it at launch and even now where half the challenges and harder cheevos are impossibly bugged, but still, it's awesome that they're grabbing stuff from Halo Online and that one arcade game to slam into things. Apparently Halo 5 will never make it over though because both games are incredibly unstable as it is (obviously, in MCC's case), and 5 would just put MCC down for the count lmao

Currently waiting for any other editions other than the standard edition for Infinite. I've seen Target and Best Buy sell "Collector's Edition" packages that come with a steelbook. There's gotta be something bigger and better than that.

Were there big Collector's Editions for 4 or 5? I remember the Helmet versions of 3 being around in stores for loving ever. They had the statue package for Reach but I think they made way fewer of those because of the Helmet thing.

Halo 5 had a big statue with Chief and Locke.

I used to collect games with the metal cases. Though it looks like Infinite may be digital for me, I think I'll be sticking with PC only. I really want the pre-order skin though, the blue/white one.

Anyone with an Xbox chatpad know if text chat works with it on MCC (Xbox or PC)? I play on Xbox and don't like using a keyboard to type all the time.
