We are looking for electrical, controls, mechanical, and civil engineers, as well as experienced engineering drafters and managers. In general we're hiring at all levels from entry to 20+ years. Generally require a bachelors from an ABET-accredited institution, but experience can be substituted if it can be substantiated. Priority goes to those holding or pursuing a PE cert.

This is for a multinational with offices in dozens of countries. I am mainly only privy to our hiring in the US. We have positions all over the country but I have primary knowledge of our projects in MD, VA, NY, and DC.

- I work in HR for an Energy Company with local HQ in New England, but we are also a subsidiary of a very large european company.
-We have employees either at sites, offices, or working from home in 43 states but location doesnt matter as long as you're in the US or Canada. Because of COVID, A great deal of our in office jobs have transitions to Remote or Hybrid roles.
-We have roughly 150 positions open right now in all departments from Engineering/Operations/Sales/Energy Trading/BD/HSEQ and all common support functions (Legal, HR, IT, Procurement, Accounting) - We have quadrupled in size over the past 6 years and it just keeps going. Unfortunately, there arent many (if any) entry level roles.

we've got 200+ employees and are planning to hire something like 70 more by the end of the year. due to the nature of our product we ended up being pretty well positioned for a covid hellscape and we've seen a lot of growth

we've got marketing jobs, engineering and QA jobs, design/ux jobs, sales jobs, and even a UK-based tech support job. i've been with this company going on 7 years now, which is an eternity in tech, because i actually like the people i work with a lot and the culture here is better than any other place i've been. not that it doesn't have its problems but like, for example, the CEO is well aware i'm a socialist that wants to destroy capitalism and that somehow made him value my opinion even more?

- We build custom software for science, mostly pharma. We work at all levels of the compound R&D pipeline from early stage drug development to validated drug manufacture.
- Fully remote positions. You probably have to relocate at some point if you want to stay long-term but lol the world is on fire so who knows
- 5-7 rotating computer toucher positions open at all times because it takes time to hire and churn is real in this industry. One of Python or a modern JS framework required. Mostly fullstack, though more senior software engineers can get more specialized. We actively spurn credentialism and don't care if you have a bachelors if your github is really good. There's a big practical.

There are always openings with manufacturers such as Siemens Gamesa, GE, Enercon, Nordex, and Vestas America. Major industry subcontractor is Skyclimber. Installation companies are too numerous to list.

I cannot get you hired, do not PM me for a job, but I can assure you that you will be hired if you have a pulse and any barely relevant experience. Do google installation companies before applying, to check how many fatalities they have incurred within the past year.

I have a wfh with a big multinational. I have access to the internal job board.

The company is a fairly good European based corporate citizen as far as any one of them can be. They have announced a new normal of permanent wfh or discretionary hybrid for any employees world wide. Once you get a year on grade, they will visa sponsor to pretty much anywhere in the world. I can refer internally to any division although I have no say in any hiring positions.

For myself, I'm am EE (abet, no PE) in non power related applications. Have 10 years xp in industrial automation, controls, scada, robots, cnc machine building and a handful of other things.

If anyone is looking for an industrial computer toucher who is actually pleasant to be around and shows well ...I'd be happy to hear about it.

in addition to $16 an hour, it's $19 an hour on weekends, they're sending her a computer, and they're gonna pay her $60 a month to cover our internet(!!!!) on top of all that. This is a sweet gig, even if she winds up on the phone all day or whatever like they claim will happen. It sounds like she'll just basically be reading off lists of charges on cards being like 'is this one you? is this one you?'.

business gorillas has not put up my info yet but i'm generally hiring computer touchers with js/python experience (you don't need a lot. we have a lot of varying seniority positions and are pretty open to light experience for SDE I types)

for my company we're working on all 50 states, just that filing paperwork is kind of a bitch. i'll be updating it as i get more info (we just moved into MD & PA last week, for example)

also, we'll be mailing you your computer and stuff, so you'd probably want to get it. that being said, we're aware people lie on our forms and we're on the lookout for people trying to be sneaky. also, the big reason why i'm so lassiez-faire about requirements is because if you accept an offer, we have background check specialists that will gently caress you if you try and pull a quick one later on in the process. if you're gonna try and roll the dice, i don't know you and i won't help you

And about the address thing, I mostly wanted to know how much the company actually cares, and since they do I'm happy to oblige them and wait until they can offer employment in my state before applying. I'm mostly getting antsy because my work has already tried to hide several cases of infection and I'm trusting them less and less as delta ramps up. Not too worried about background checks unless they care about weed misdemeanors, which I'm always upfront about but also prefer not to waste anyone's time needlessly over.
