There was this japan story, that was turned into a live action movie, called Train man. It was described to me as a Train Otaku finding love after saving a woman on a train. I was also told a person could be an otaku about anything I honestly though it was about a guy who was super into trains and and fights with train kung-fu or something. Turns out, no, it was just a regular rear end nerd.

was real hung over yesterday and watched this whole thing somehow. as i slowly drift into middle age i can feel myself being drawn into becoming a train pervert. its a soothing sensation. something quiet, something nice, something simple, a place to be kind. to sit in silence and ride the rails, seeing the world pass by as the sun sets over a distant horizon. downhill from here.
