I spent many hours attempting to locate it in MSFT Flight Simulator, but no luck. I know the general area from photos where he included background that could identify it but it's hard to look at a weird flattened satellite picture and decide that "Yes, this is the Groverhaus". I gave up trying to locate it and instead choose to believe that it sunk into the swamp like dinosaurs sunk into ancient tar pits.
