A friend got me an Aldi beer advent calendar thing this year. I don't like to drink on weeknights so I've been slacking all week, but it's friday night and I'm done with work, chores, and exercise so it's time to play beer advent catch up. I'm starting at December 5th tonight, with an O’Shea’s India Pale Ale. Just opened it and it's... not great. I'm generally fine with IPAs, but not this one. But up next are two different beers from Deadly Brewing Co which will probably be decent. Or at least the other one from them earlier in calendar was.

got through a fairly major delivery at work today, went to the grocery store and bought some absolute trash food and beer and i'm gonna go hog wild tonight. was feeling pretty beat by quittin' time, but just got back from a ~45 min walk in the beautiful windy weather here and i'm completely re-energized and ready to scroll through my list of steam games for an hour to figure out what to play. i'm thinkin... tonight i'm gonna stay up past my bedtime

it's technically 30 minutes into saturday here, but spiritually it's still friday night got a sweet (veggie) burger at a place downtown when the weather cooled off a bit, then spent all night GAMING now it's time to crack open a drink and relax a bit with more gaming (but less intense) thank you friday, you were good
